Who we are. Loopchain Inc. (“Loopchain”) operates this website and a private demo environment for enterprise evaluation.

What we collect.

• Contact details you choose to submit (name, email, company, role, messages).
  
• Technical data from your visit (IP address, device/browser, pages viewed, timestamps) and limited cookies/analytics to measure site usage and demo reliability.
  

Why we collect it.

• To respond to inquiries, schedule demos, provide materials you request, maintain and secure the demo, and improve the site. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests in operating and securing our services and, where required, your consent.
  

Sharing.
We use trusted service providers (e.g., hosting, analytics, CRM) under contract to process data on our behalf. We do not sell your personal information.

Retention.
We keep contact and demo-interaction data only as long as needed for evaluation, security, legal, and audit purposes, then delete or anonymize it.

Security.
We apply reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards; no system is perfectly secure.

International transfers.
Data may be processed in the United States and other countries subject to contractual safeguards.

Your choices.
You can request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of your personal data by emailing legal@loopchain.io. You can opt out of non-essential communications at any time.

Children.
Our site and demo are for business users; we do not knowingly collect data from children.

Changes.
We may update this policy; material changes will be posted here with a new “Last updated” date.

Terms of Use

Acceptance.
By using this website or requesting access to the demo, you agree to these Terms. If you are entering on behalf of a company, you represent you are authorized to do so.

Evaluation-only access.
Any sandbox/demo access is provided solely for non-production evaluation. Do not use it for consumer transactions, personal funds, or live operations.

Permitted use.
Do not attempt to reverse engineer, interfere with, or overload the site or demo; do not introduce malware; do not access data you are not authorized to view.

Intellectual property.
Loopchain owns all rights in the site, demo software, documentation, and content. You receive a limited, revocable right to view and evaluate. You may provide feedback; you grant Loopchain a royalty-free, perpetual license to use feedback to improve the product.

Confidentiality.
Non-public information you receive about the platform, demos, performance, pricing, or roadmaps is Loopchain confidential information. Do not disclose it externally without our written consent.

No warranties.
The site and demo are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. Loopchain disclaims all implied warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Loopchain will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

Indemnity.
You agree to defend and indemnify Loopchain against claims arising from your misuse of the site or demo or your violation of these Terms.

Governing law & venue.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflicts of law. Courts located in Delaware will have exclusive jurisdiction.

Termination.
Loopchain may suspend or terminate access at any time. On termination, your right to use the site and demo ceases immediately.

Order of precedence.
If you enter into a separate written evaluation, pilot, or services agreement with Loopchain, that agreement will control to the extent of any conflict with these Terms.
